Lawn Sprinkler Maintenance Service
Wilcox Bros. has one of the largest service staffs in the Midwest. One of the most important facets of your overall satisfaction with our performance will be the maintenance after installation. As our service team is totally separate from our installation department, we can attend to all service request promptly. Each service technician is trained to handle all facets of irrigation design and repair.
A. Spring Turn Ons - Our service technician will start up your system inside and outside your home, set the timer and clean and adjust all sprinkler heads for proper coverage. We will also inspect the system zone by zone and advise you of any plumbing leaks or any damage that occurred throughout the winter season.
B. Winterizations - Our service technician will remove all water from the entire system to insure that no freeze damage occurs throughout the winter.
Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) is outside of your house and it has two shut off valves.
Automatic shut off valve is always after your water meter generally in the basement ceiling.

C. Priority One Service Contract - Our contract provides you with your turn on, winterization, 10% on any parts and waiver of our service charge on all visits to your home for repairs. Priority Plus Water Management Program - This contract is designed specifically for property managers, homeowner associations, industrial complexes, apartment buildings, office buildings, land developers, etc. The contract includes a spring start up, winterization, mid summer checkups or weekly check ups, no trip charges and 10% off parts. A Rid-O-Rust device is basically a small injection pump that injects a phosphate type concentrate, coating the iron oxide particles, thus preventing them from oxidizing or turning brown. This injection system pumps a pre-mixed solution from a holding tank through an injection fitting located on the pump to your solenoid valves and out through your sprinkler heads.
